CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL: Present: LIEN, BANDY, MARKS, PIERCE, ASPITARTE. A quorum is present. 3. CONSENT AGENDA: . Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless the Chairman, a Commissioner, member of City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order. . Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise. A. Minutes of May 2, 2005. B. Findin2s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for A-2-05 & RZ-4-05 - Annexation and Rezone from RUT to A-R and R-3 - Goldcreek Developers. LLC: Goldcreek Developers, LLC, represented by The Land Group Inc., is requesting an annexation and rezone from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to A-R (Agricultural-Residential) and R-3 (Residential up to three units per acre). The 27.08-acre site is located approximately 1,700 feet south of Floating Feather Road and west of Park Lane at 655 Park Lane. C. Findin2s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for PP-4-05 - Ea2le Creek Subdivision - Goldcreek Developers. LLC: Goldcreek Developers, LLC, represented by The Land Group Inc., is requesting preliminary plat approval for Eagle Creek Subdivision. The 27.08-acre site consists of a 71-10t (58-buildable, 13-common) residential subdivision located approximately 1,700 feet south of Floating Feather Road and west of Park Lane at 655 Park Lane. ZOA-I-05 - Maintenance Standards - City of Ea2le: The City of Eagle is proposing to amend Eagle City Code Title 8 "Zoning" by adding Chapter 11 "Minimal Property Maintenance" to create minimum maintenance standards for properties within the City. ZOA-2-0S - Portable Classrooms - City of Eagle: The City of Eagle is proposing to amend Eagle City Code Section 8-1-2 to provide a definition of "Portable Classroom" and to amend Eagle City Code Section 8-2-3 to provide for Portable classroom as an allowed use in the Public Semi-public Zoning District. PPIFP-2-0S - Creekview Subdivision - Thomas G. Maile: Thomas G. Maile is requesting combined preliminary plat and final plat approval for Creekview Subdivision, a 2-lot residential subdivision. The 4.85-acre development is located approximately 3400 feet east of Ballantyne Road on the south side of Rush Road at 10 13 W. Rush Road. Bandy introduces the item. Thomas Maile, 885 Rush Lane Eagle, Idaho, reviews the application. Bandy opens the public hearing. Colleen Maile, 885 Rush Lane Eagle, Idaho notes that the reason for the split is to build a home for her daughter who is returning to live in her hometown of Eagle. Bandy closes the public hearing.
