The Eagle City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission met in a special session
on January 20, 2004, Mayor Merrill presiding.

OTHER BUSINESS:
A. ITD/Eagle City - Cooperative Agreement for Pathway - Authorize Mayor
to sign agreement. (City Council)
Guerber moves to approve ITDÆagle City - Cooperative Agreement for Pathway.
Seconded by Bastian. ALL A YE...MOTION CARRIES.
B. Resolution II 04-02 - ITD/Eagle City - Cooperative Agreement (City
Council)
Sedlacek moves to approve Resolution II 04-02 - ITDÆagle City - Cooperative
Agreement. Seconded by Guerber. ALL A YE...MOTION CARRIES.

DISCUSSION ITEMS:
A. Discussion of development within the vicinity of the City of Eagle's
westerly area of impact boundary
Mayor Merrill introduces the item.
Bill Vaughan explains the procedure for public notification. Vaughan also explains the
process for holding a joint meeting with the Eagle Planning & Zoning Commission and
with the Ada County Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday February 12,2004.
Discussion between the Eagle City Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission on
the area of impact boundary issues. Ms. Baird presents a table/chart that would be
inserted into the Comprehensive Plan replacing language that was previously used.
Discussion on the Public/Semi Public zoning designation
Sedlacek would like the City of Star notified in regards to any work the City does in the
Area of Impact.
Discussion on land use designations.
