The Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session on June 17, 2002 Chairman
Franden presiding.

CROOK. Absent: CADWELL, NORDSTROM. A quorum is present.

CONSENT AGENDA:
A. Minutes of June 3, 2002.
B. Findine:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for Mixed Use Subdivision No.3 -
PPIFP.3-02 - Eae:le River LLC: Eagle River LLC, represented by Bill Clark
with Clark Development, is requesting combined preliminary plat and final plat
approval for Mixed Use Subdivision No.3 (a.k.a. Eagle River). The 9.95-acre,
lO-lot commercial subdivision is generally located on the southeast comer of
Eagle Road and State Highway 44.
Crook moves to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Seconded by Bloom. ALL
