Those present were: SHADE,VOC;T,SELTZER,WILSON, HAMMONS. . Vice-Chairman, SHADE presiding.. . Vice-Chairman SHADE requested approval of the minutes of the April 1,1986 meeting. Motion made by YOGT to apprqve the minutes as written, motion seconded by SELTZER.. AI..L AYE.:' motion carried. . " ~ , Vice-Chairmari~ SHADE declared th~t it was the time and 'place for a public hearing regarding the D.C. 'Weaver request fdr annexation to the City of Eagle ,and zoning of said property. Also speaking was Gary Blaylock, who was in attendance for informational purposes, only. Mr. Blaylock is with Evans Duilding Center and does' not'oppose the'request. .' Mayor CAROL HALEY introduced Banbury for discussion only, as this item was not on the agenda. Thomas Wright, speaking for Banbury addressed the commission regarding approval of the final plat for Banbury and of Banury's willingness to be annexed into the city at a future date. NEW BUSINESS: Ada County Transmittals: Motion made by SELTZER to recommend approval of 86-4-PR as presented. Møtion seconded by WILSON. ALL AYE: motion carried. Motion made by SELTZER to recommend approval of 86-21- CU as presented. Motion seconded by WILSON. ALL AYE: motion carried. Motion made by Seltzer to reccomend app~oval as presented of 86-23-CU. Motion seconded by WILSON. ALL AYE: motion carried. Motion made by WILSON to approve 86-25-CUas presented. Motion seconded by SELTZER. ALL AYE: motion carried. ADA COUNTY AMENDMENTS: Motion made by WILSON to send to the City Council a recommendation that section 5.3-1 in proposed amendment only recognizes a portion of the Comprehensive Plan and not the whole document. Further that on the last page top paragraph section 2.1, sentence two,should read The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission instead of just the word "commission". Also in the same paragraph the Planning and zoning Commission recommends to council that it should read that the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission shall have 30 days upon receipt of the referral to make recommendations.
