The Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session,
Tuesday, April 1, 1986, 7:30 ?m.
Those present were: HILL, SHADE, SMITHSO~, VOGT, SELTZER,
NILSON, . HAM-MONS. Chairman HILL presiding.
CHAIRMAN HILL requested approval of the minutes of the
March 4, 1986 meeting. Motion made by VOGT to approve the
minutes as written, motion seconded by SELTZER. ALL AYE:

Kunkler discussion: 40 acrea property within city limits
owned by Fred Kunkler, zoned Agriculure. Fred Kunkle~ wants
to split a one acre lot and designate that area to belong to
his son, Rick, eventually they may need to split another portion
to be desiGnated to the daughter. Discussion resulted in a
motion made by "";¡ILSON to hé1vC the ci ty clerk con tact the ci ty
attorney to get a definition of "mixed use", and a definition
of "same ownership" as. defined in the comþhrehensive plan, page
13, policies section 3-1.1. Motion seconded by SELTZER. ALL AYE:
motion carried. .
;-) Banbu:ry discussion: Advised Mr. Wright and associates
V to take discussion to council.
Ada County transmittal R6-10-CU: Motion made by VOGT
to recommend approval of transmittal 86-10-CU sO long as the
approval does not conflict in any way with restcictive co'Jenents
and provisions that may apply to Los Luceros subdivsion, and
furthermore that this conditional use permit will be reviewed
every two years. Motion seconded by SELTZER. Roll call resulted
as follows: AYE: SHADE,SMITHSON,VOGT,SELTZER,WILSON,HÄMMONS.
Motion carried.
Ada County transmittal 8 6-13-CU: MJtion made by SELTZER to
approve this conditional use permit as submitted. Motion
seconded by WILSON. Roll call resulted as follows: SHADE,
SMITHSON, VOGT, SELTZER, WILSON, HAMMONS. Motion carried.
Motion made by VOGT to adjourn the meeting, seconded
by WILSON. ALL AYE: motion carried.
