The PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION met in regular session
of Tuesday, 7:30 p.m.
Those present were: HILL SHADE SMITHSON VOGT SELTZER WILSON
Chairman HILL presiding.
Chairman HILL requested approval of the minutes of September
3, 1985. SHADE suggested a correction in the minutes, paragraph
5, the word made to be changed to requested. Motion made by
VOGT to have~ minutes stand approved as corrected. Motion
seconded by SELTZER.

ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 85-25-PDR: Recommended by SHADE
to disapprove subdivision as submitted and so inform Ada County
in the strongest terms possible as it is in conflict with the
Eagle Comprehensive Plan. SE~~TZER and SHADE suggested an
amendment to the motion to include the words "and for other
reasons". Motion seconded by SELTZER. Roll Call is as follows:
AYE: SHADE ,SMITHSON VOGT SELTZER WILSON. Motion carried.

SHADE requested that City Clerk contact Ada County Zoning
and make them aware of the time sequence of the Planning and
Zoning Commission.

Chairman HILL closed the public testimony portion of the
hearing, 8: 05 p. m. Motion moved by ~,~OGT and seconded by SMITHSON
to approve rezone request. SIIADE suggested that rezoning should
include larger sections ilt a time to assure a more orderly dev-
elopment. Requested by MAI~E, liason to the Commission that

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: SHADE requested the letter of Appreciation
directed to BONNIE KRASOWSKI be included with the minutes.
BROADWAY GUIDLINES/Right of Way Use Policy: SHADE informed
committe of meeting between Maile, Wilson & Shade on this subject
with representatives of Idaho State Department of Transportation.
MAILE suggested a meeting later in the month regarding this item.
