June 4, 1985
The Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on Tuesday, June 4, 1985, at the Eagle Elementary School Library.
Those present were HILL, SHADE, SMITHSON, VOGT, WILSON,
RUSK, SELTZER, STOVALL.
Moved by VOGT and seconded by SELTZER to approve the minutes
of the February 5,1985 meeting as printed. Motion resulted as
follows: AYE: SHADE, SMITHSON, VOGT, WILSON, RUSK, SELTZER,
STOVALL. Motion carried.
Moved by SHADE and seconded by SMITHSON to approve the
Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law - Eagle Rim Subdivision,
as printed. Motion resulted as follows: AYE: SHADE, SMITHSON,
VOGT, WILSON, RUSK, SELTZER, STOVALL. Motion carried.
Moved by SMITHSON and seconded by SHADE to approve the minutes
of the April 2, 1985 meeting as printed. Motion resulted as follows:
AYE: SHADE, SMITHSON, VOGT, WILSON, RUSK, SELTZER, STOVALL. Motion
carried.
Moved by SHADE and seconded by RUSK to approve Ada County Trans-
mittal # 85-9-PDR - Rimrock Estates because the original application
was received under the 1978 Eagle Comprehensive Plan that would allow
the subdivision, however, the 1985 Eagle Comprehensive Plan would
prohibit the subdivision under Page 1, Police #E, and Page 8, Policy #5.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: SHADE, SMITHSON, WILSON, RUSK,
SELTZER. NO: STOVALL, VOGT. Motion carried.
The Planning and Zoning Commission decided to began work on
a design plan for State Street outside of the City Limits.
Meeting adjourned by Chairman HILL at 8:10 P.M.
