The Planning and Zoning Commission met in re9ular session on
Tuesday, February 5, 1985, at the Eagle Elementary School Library.
Those present were HILL, SHADE, SMITHSON, STOVALL, WILSON, VOGT.
Moved by SMITHSON to approve the minutes as printed. Moved by
WILSON to amend the minutes to include in the motion on the DeShazo
CUP/PUD" approval of section Q of Ordinance #40" Amended motion
seconded by SMITHSON. Roll call on the amended motion resulted as
follows: AYE: SHADE, SMITHSON, STOVALL, WILSON, VOGT. Original
motion seconded by VOGT. Roll call on the original motion resulted
as follows: AYE: SMITHSON, STOVALL, WILSON, VOGT. Abstain: SHADE.

The Eagle Rim Subdivision was again considered. Questions were
asked of the applicant by the public present and the Commission members.
Moved by SHADE and seconded by WILSON to recommend to the City Council
that this application not be favorably considered for two reasons:
1.
The plat contains cul-de-sac's of less than 50ft. radius; and
2.
The testimony presented at the meeting of January 22nd and
February 5th strongly suggest the inability of the Water Company
to provide adaquate water service to the subdivision of 41 lots.
Motion seconded by WILSON. Roll call on the motion resulted as follows:
AYE: WILSON, VOGT, SHADE, SMITHSON, STOVALL. Motion carried.
