The Planning and Zbning. Commission met in special session
with the Eagle City Council on Tuesday, September 18, 1984 at
Eagle Elementary School.
The purpose. of the special meeting was to work on the
proposed changes to the'Comprehensive Plan.
Roll call showed the following members present:
VOGT, SHADE, WILSON, SMITHSON, SELTZER, STOVALL.

Moved by SHADE and seconded by STOVALL to rescind the
October 2nd public hearing date. Roll call on the motion
resulted as follows: AYE: VOGT, SHADE, SMITHSON, STOVALL, WILSON.
NO: . SELTZER. . Motion carried.
Moved by SHADE and seconded by STOVALL to set the date of
October 30¡ 1984.for a public hearing' on the proposed changes
to the Comprehensive Plan. Motion resulted as follows: AYE:
VOGT, SHADE¡ WILSON, SMITHSON, SELTZER, STOVALL. Motion carried.
