BOX 477 - EAGLE, IDAHO 83616 - PHONE 939-6813 MINUTES APRIL 3, 1984 The commission met in regular session on Tuesday, April 3, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. at the Eagle Elementary School Library. Roll call showed the following members present: SMITHSON, BRADSHAW. HILL, SHADE, Moved by SHADE and seconded by SMITHSON to approve the minutes of the meeting of March 6, 1984. Motion resulted as follows: AYE: SHADE, BRADSHAW, SMITHSON. Motion carried. Moved by SHADE and seconded by SMITHSON to approve the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law on the Variance for Robert Baldwin. Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: SHADE, SMITHSON, BRADSHAW. Motion carried. Chairman HILL announced that this was the time and the place advertised for a public hearing concerning a ordinance amending parts of Ordinance #88 the Subdivision Ordinance. There was no public testimony presented, however, the City attorney stated that a cor- rection to Section I of the amendment changing "That Section 2, Ordinance No.88" to "That Chapter 2, Section 2, Ordinance No.88". The attorney stated that this correction would not require another public hearing through the Planning and Zoning Commission. Chair- man HILL closed the public hearing and a motion was made by BRADSHAW to approve the amending Ordinance and the motion was seconded by SMITHSON. Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: SHADE, SMITHSON, BRADSHAW. Motion carried. Joe Dunford was present to address the commission on the Ada County Transmittal #84-l5-CU to allow Sandra Knox to build a dog kennel in the impact area. Moved by SHADE and seconded by SMITHSON to re~mmend to Ada County that they approve the Conditional Use subject to the following conditions: 1. The CUP be granted only to Sandra Knox the present owner, 2. The site plans and specifications as presented be followed, and that 3. Ada County research the records to make sure the property has not been illegally subdivided. Motion resulted as follows: AYE: SMITHSON, SHADE, BRADSHAW. Motion carried. There was some discussion about the comprehensive plan and chairman HILL closed the meeting at 8:50 p.m. .
