BOX 477 - EAGLE, IDAHO 83616 - PHONE 939-6813 MINUTES JANUARY 3, 1984 The Commission met in regular session on Tuesday, January 3, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. at the Eagle Elementary School Library. Roll call showed the following members present: RUSK, SHADE, SMITHSON. HILL, VOGT, Moved by SHADE and seconded by VOGT to approve the minutes of November 1, 1983 minutes with the correction that in the forth paragraph, after the name of Paul Kunz, the words "Licensed with the State of Idaho" appear. Motion resulted as follows: AYE: VOGT, SMITHSON, RUSK, SHADE. Motion carried. Moved by SHADE and seconded by VOGT to approve the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law on the Flood Plain Development Permit for ESCO, INC. Motion resulted as follows: AYE: VOGT, SMITHSON, RUSK, SHADE. Motion carried. Dan Bradshaw entered the meeting at this time. Chairman HILL announced that the next item on the agenda was the election of officers for 1984. Moved by RUSK and seconded by SMITHSON to have JIM HILL remain as Chairman and BOB SHADE remain in the position of Vice-Chairman. Moved by VOGT and se~onded by RUSK to close the nonimations. Motion resulted as follows: AYE: SMITHSON, BRADSHAW, RUSK, VOGT. Motion carried. Main motion resulted as follows: AYE: SMITHSON, BRADSHAW, RUSK, VOGT. Motion carried. Chairman HILL announced that this was the time and the place advertised for a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit for Robert DeShazo Builder, Inc. Robert Maxey of Watson & Maxey Archi- tects & Planners, 360 W. State Street, Eagle presented the plan for the Townhouses and spoke in favor of the Conditional Use Permit. Robert and Emmy DeShazo, P. O. Box 71, Eagle; Sol Young, Steepleview, Eagle; Pat and Rhonda Hynes, 252 Northview, Eagle; and John Wanamaker, 242 Northview Eagle, all spoke in favor of the Condition Use Permit. Gloria Schrohowsky, III Springhill, Eagle; Susan Chandler, 198 Rooster Drive Eagle; Jack Leavitt, 197 Springhill, Eagle; Dean Cotter, 142 Ranch, Eagle; Joseph Stinemates, 107 Ash, Eagle; Don Miller, 180 Ranch, Eagle; Debbie Robinson 224 2nd St., Eagle; Raymond Robinson 224 2nd St., Eagle; James Fuchs, 204 Ranch Drive, Eagle; Robert Karr 219 Springhill Drive Eagle; all spoke against the Conditional Use Permit. Frank Stoppello, 782 Arlington Dr. Eagle, asked several questions of the applicants.
