MINUTES
OCTOBER 4, 1983
The Commission met in regular session on Tuesday,
October 4, 1983, at 7:30 P.M. at the Eagle Elementary
School.
Roll call showed the following members present:
VOGT, MARSHALL, SMITHSON, RUSK, ESCALANTE.
HILL,
Moved by Vogt and seconded by Escalante to approve
the minutes of September 6, 1983, August 2, 1983, and the
Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law on the Green Acres
Property annexation. Motion resulted as follows; roll call:
AYE: VOGT, MARSHALL, SMITHSON, RUSK, ESCALANTE. Motion
carried.
Chairman HILL announced that this was the time and
the place advertisied as a public hearing for consideration
of the new subdivision ordinance. There was no public
present to testify and Chairman HILL closed the hearing at
7:42 P.M. Moved by RUSK and seconded by SMITHSON to
recommend to the City Council that the subdivision ordinance
be adopted. Roll Call on the motion resulted as follows:
AYE: VOGT, SMITHSON, RUSK, MARSHALL, ESCALANTE. Motion
carried.
The commission reviewed the draft of the new compre-
hensive plan and made some corrections to be brought to
Mr. Hansons attention and then chairman HILL adjourned
the meeting at 8:30 P.M.
