MINUTES
APRIL 5, 1983
The Commission met in regular session on Tuesday,
April 5, 1983, at 7:30 p.m., at the Eagle Elementary
Schoo 1.
Vice-Chairman SHADE began the meeting at 7:30 p.m.,
with roll call. The following commission members were
present: SHADE, VOGT, RUSK, EDCALANTE.
The following council members were present:
STOPPELLO, WALKER.
HALEY,
Moved by VOGT and seconded by ESCALANTE to approve
the minutes of the March 15, 1983 meeting as printed.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: SHADE, VOGT, RUSK,
ESCALANTE. Motion carried.
Chairman HILL arrived at this time and the meeting
was turned over to him.
A joint Council and Commission workshop on the
Comprehensive Plan was held for the next two hours.
Also participating in the meeting were three members of
the District III Highway Department.
Those present agreed to meet again in joint session
on April 19th for another workshop on the Comprehensive
Plan.
Chairman HILL adjourned the meeting at 9:30 p.m.
