Dear Planning and Zoning Commission and Council Members:
The joint meeting between the Eagle City Council and
the Planning and Zoning Commission was held on Tuesday,
November 16, 1982. A quorum of the Planning and Zoning
Commission was not present, therefore, minutes were not
approved, and there was no business conducted requiring a
motion or vote.

The next meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission
is for a "Public Hearing" on December 7th at Eagle Elementary
School at 7:30 p.m. to consider the "Subdivision Ordinance".
The Planning and Zoning Commission is to meet again on
December 14th at the Eagle Elementary School at 7:30 p.m. ~
at the same time, the City Council will be conducting their
regular Council meeting at City Hall. After the Council
concludes their meeting they will meet with the Planning
and Zoning Commission at the school for another joint meeting
concerning the Comprehensive Plan.
Enclosed with this letter~ for thoes who were not at the
November 16th meeting, is a copy of the Comprehensive Plan
for you to review.
Any additional information concerning any future meetings.

to my attention, will be mailed to you from this office.
