PLANNING & ZONING
MINUTES
OCTOBER 5, 1982
The commission met in regular session on Tuesday, October
5, 1982.
Chairman Jim Hill presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:
BOYLAN,
HILL, MARSHALL~ VOGT, ESCALANTE, RUSK.
Moved by BOYLAN and seconded by RUSK to approve the
minutes of September 7, 1982 as printed.
Motion resulted as follows:
AYE:
BOYLAN, HILL~ MARSHALL~
VOGT, ESCALANTE, RUSK.
Motion carried.
Chairman Hill announced that this was the time and the place
for a public hearing on the proposed floodplain ordinance.
There being no public testimony, the public hearing was
declared closed.
Moved by ESCALANTE and seconded by RUSK that the floodplain
ordinance be returned to the city council with a recommendation
of approval.
Motion resulted as follows:
AYE:
BOYLAN, HILL, MARSHALL,
VOGT, ESCALANTE, RUSK.
Motion carried.
Chairman HILL announced that this was the time and the
place for a public hearing on the proposed design review ordinance.
Design Review Chairman Ron Marshall e~plained the changes that
have been made to the design review ordinance.
BRADSHAW and SORENSON arrived.
Moved by VOGT and seconded by RUSK that the design review
ordinance be returned to the city council with a recommendation
for approval.
There being no public testimony to come before the commission~
the public hearing was declared closed.
Motion resulted as follows:
AYE:
BRADSHAW, MARSHALL,
SORENSON~ VOGT, RUSK.
NAY:
BOYLAN, ESCALANTE.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the commission,
the meeting was closed.
