PLANNING & ZONING
MINUTES
September 7, 1982
The commission met in regular session on Tuesday, September
7, 1982.
Chairman Jim Hill presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:
BRADSHAW,
BOYLAN, ESCLANATE, SHADE, SMITHSON, RUSK, HILL.
Moved by SHADE and seconded by SMITHSON to approve the
minutes of August 3, 1982 as printed.
Motion resulted as follows:
AYE:
BRADSHAW, BOYLAN,
ESCALANTE, SHADE, SMITHSON, RUSK.
Motion carried.
Moved by RUSK and seconded by SHADE to recommend to the
Ada Zoning Commission approval of ada county transmittal
82-21-CU for Ronald Young for a heliport to be located
approximately 1/4 mile west of Ballantine Road on the north
side of Beacon Road to fly in for maintenance, crop dusting,
and air ambulance 10 helicopters per month.
Motion resulted as follows:

BRADSHAW, SHADE,
SMITHSON, RUSK.
ABSTAIN:
BOYLAN, ESCALANTE.
Motion carried.
Moved by RUSK and seconded by SMITHSON that the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of zoning
transmittal 82-4-PR - Jack Erskine - to construct a 300 ft.
private road to provide accesS to a public street for one
(1) existing single family dwelling 1/2 mile north of Highway
20, 400 ft. west of Eagle Road.
Motion resulted as follows:

Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the commission
the meeting was adjourned to work on the comprehensive plan.
