Shade armounced the following tirre frane for conpletion of the conprehensi ve
plan: August - review four corrponents, September - review remaining
corrponents in the Ada Data docurœnt and develop an outline for the rody of
the report, October - draft and refine our goals, objectives and policies,
November - public hearing,
December - present our recornænda tions for the
CXJIIq;>rehensi ve plan to the city rouncil.

rorrposed of two parts:

of backup data presented by Ada Data and changed as the ccmnission sees
applicable, and at this tirre it appears that to best facilitate this
plan develo¡:uent that a repeal of the current CXJIIq;>rehensi ve plan rray be
appropriate.
