'Ihe regular rreeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Cbnmission was called to order
by vice-chainnan Jim Hill at 7: 30 P. M. on March 2, 1982 at the
Eagle City Hall.

previous meeting of Februæ:y 2, 1982 be approved as printed.

subdivision Ordinance be transmitted to the Eagle City Cbuncil with
a rea:ø:men.dation for approval as anended.

Mayor Deckard introduced the new JœßÙ)ers of the Eagle Plarming and
Zoning Cormri.ssion and presented them with a Certificate of AppJintrænt.
'Ihose JœßÙ)ers were: ESCAI..ANTE , MARSHALL , ~T, BRADSHAW, and OOYIAN.
SMITHSON and ARIDLD were not in attendance.
Councilrœ.n S'lOPPELID gave an orientation on duties and obligations of
a planning and zoning member.
Ibn Marshall presented a draft copy of' Design Review Ordinance on signs.

scheduled for this draft on April 6,1982 at 7:30 P. M.

a table of reasonable height to work on and 12 semi -confortable chairs
that will fit around it.
