'Ihe regular neeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Corrmission was
called to order by Chairman Jim Hill at 7: 30 P. M. at the Eagle
City Hall on January 2, 1982.

llived by WAITE and seconded by SORENSCN that the minutes of the previous
mæting of January 5, 1982 be approved as printed.

llived by WAITE and seconded by SORENSeN that the election of officers
for 1982 be postponed until the next regular mæting of the
Eagle Planning and Zoning Comnission.

llived by SORENSEN and seconded by WAITE that Ada County Zoning
Transni ttal 81-1-lU be returned to the Ada County Zoning Division
with a denial recomnendation because the Eagle Conprehensive Plan
does not provide for an LU designation and we do not know
what the Ultirrate intended use is.
Chainnan HILL read a letter fran Sharon Allred reguarding her
resignation from the Eagle Planning and Zoning Cornnission.
SHADE arrived at the neeting.
Cbnpleted components of the comprehensive plan were distributed
to members and the following assigmœnts were made:
Natural Resources, Special Areas & Hazardous Areas - SORENSEN.
Transportation-SHADE
Population-WAITE
Parks - B:rowNLEE
Land Use - HILL
