A lengthy discussion was held on the draft floodplain ordinance.

Zoning Comnission amend the present draft to include the conments and
recorrmendations received fran Attorney Welsh dated August 19, 1981 with
the exception that Paragraph 5 of those conments and recomændations be
deleted.

Zoning Cbnmission reconmend to the City Cbuncil to review the necessity
of a Flood Plain Ordinance and that any rewrite include recornœndations
included in Paragraph 5 of Attorney Welsh's letter dated August 19, 1981.

include all reconmendations received from Attorney Welsh dated November
10, 1981, except #18 and #23 which would be revised as follows:
#18 - Tabling action canoot exceed 35 days
#23 - 'Ihe subdivider should sul:Jnit to the Administrator proof that the
final plat has been recorded.
'Ihe:œ being no further business to CCIœ before the cornnission, the mæting
was adjourned.
