The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
called to order by Chairperson Sharp at 7:30 P. M. on August 4,1981
at the Eagle City Hall.
Members Present: ALLRED, HILL, SHADE, SHARP.
BROWNLEE, SORENSON, WAITE.
Members Excused:
Moved by HILL and seconded by ALLRED

Moved by SHADE and seconded by HILL that the Flood Plain Ordinance
be returned to the Planning and Zoning Administrator to have prepared a
written staff report on this ordinance, furthermore, the Flood Plain Ordinance
be referred to the city attorney for legal review to include comments
submitted at or during the public hearing and that these two written
reports be provided to the commission within 90 days.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, HILL, SHADE, SHARP.
Motion carried.
Moved by SHADE and seconded by ALLRED that the subdivision ordinance
be returned to the Planning and Zoning Administrator for a written
staff report and for a written legal review by the city attorney of
the ordinance, with particular attention paid to the points raised
in a letter from Mr. Frank Stoppello dated July 21,1981, addressed
to the city clerk and indeed is a part of the public hearing and that
these two reports be completed within 90 days and submitted to the
planning and zoning commission.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, HILL, SHADE, SHARP.
Motion carried.
