June 2, 1981
The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
called to order by Chairperson Sharp at 7:30 P. M. on June 2,1981
at the Eagle City Hall.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
HILL was absent.
ALLRED, BROWNLEE, SHADE, SHARP, SORENSON, WAITE.
Moved by ALLRED and seconded by SHADE that the minutes of the previous
meeting of May 5, 1981 be approved as printed.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, BROWNLEE, SHADE, SORENSON,
WAITE. Motion carried.
The Mutchler rezone was brought forth for a decision from the commission.
BROWNLEE submitted a petition signed by approximately 50 people
opposing this rezone.
After a great deal of discussion and deliberation SHADE asked the
applicant if she was opposed to the commission tabling this application.
Mrs. Mutcher said she was not opposed.
Moved by SHADE and seconded by ALLRED to table the rezone application
of Irene Gunderson Mutchler. Mrs. Mutchler has stated she has
no objection to this action.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE:
WAITE. Motion carried.
ALLRED, BROWNLEE, SHADE, SORENSON,
There being no further business to come before the commission, the
meeting was adjourned.
