The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
called to order at 7:30 P. M. on May 5, 1981 by Chairperson Sharp
at the Eagle City Hall.
Members present: ALLRED, BROWNLEE, FISHER, SHADE, SHARP, HILL.
Members absent: SORENSON, WAITE.
Moved by SHADE and seconded by ALLRED that the minutes of the previous
meeting of April 23, 1981 be approved as printed.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, BROWNLEE, FISHER, SHADE,
HILL. Motion carried.
Chairperson Sharp announced that this was the time and the
a public hearing on a request submitted by Irene Gunderson
for a rezone from R-5 to CBD for lots, 1, 2, 3 of Block 8
3rd addition.
Clarence Zimmerman, Idaho Street asked if his taxes would increase
if this property were rezoned.
Ila Zimmerman, Idaho Street agreed with her husband.
Winona Buchanan Eagle Road spoke against the reazone
Orville Nelson, 106 1st Street opposed the rezone
Vickie Sheryl, North Eagle Road, opposed the rezone
David Wolf, 108 1st Street opposed the rezone
Willis Woods, Mission Subdivision, opposed the rezone
Irene Mutchler, applicant, spoke in behalf of the rezone.
There being no further testimony to come before the commission, the
public hearing was declared closed.

Moved by SHADE and seconded by ALLRED that the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission defer action on the rezone application of Irene Gunderson
Mutchler until such time as the commission has received, studied, and
evaluated a staff report from the Eagle City Staff.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, BROWNLEE, FISHER, SHADE,
HILL. Motion carried. This was a roll call vote.

2. Strongly urged that developer provide underground utilities
