A special meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission
was called to order at 7:30 P. M. at the Eagle City Hall,
Eagle, Idaho, on April 3, 1980 by Chairperson Sharp.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Shari Sharp, Sharon Allred, Blaine
Sorenson, Chet Brownlee, Dick Fisher and Robert Shade.
Chairperson Sharp announced that this special meeting of
the Planning and Zoning Commission had been called to
correct the minutes of the meeting held November 6,
1979. Chairperson Sharp noted that the minutes of the meeting
had noted that the Public Hearing was "on map changes
to the comprehensive plan." Chairperson Sharp noted
that the Notice of Meeting which was duly published
had stated that the Public Hearing was for changes in
the comprehensive plan concerning community design and
land use maps, amending the plan and adding a new zoning
density.
Moved by ALLRED and seconded by BROWNLEE that the minutes
of the November 6, 1979 meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Commission be amended to state that the time
and place of the meeting was for a Public Hearing on
changes in the comprehensive plan concerning community
design and land use maps, amending the plan, and adding
a new zoning density. Mayor Jerry Deckard was present
at the meeting and made a presentation of the comprehensive
plan amendments.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: ALLRED, SORENSON,
BROWNLEE, FISHER. ABSTAIN (due to ex-officio status
at that time) SHADE. Motion carried.
