A special meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission
was called to order by Chairperson Sharp on December 12,
1977 at 7:30 P. M.
A public hearing was held on the proposed Area of Impact.
Considerations were given to trade, geographic, and areas
to be annexed in the future. Several people testified.
Lois Kunkler moved the Planning and Zoning recommend to
the city council that the City of Eagle adopt an
Area of Impact as follows:
The area includes land bounded by Homer Road
on the north, and its extension; Linder Road
on the west; Highway 20 on the south, and its
extension to the east; and the 1/4 mile section
line past Highway 55 on the east extended to
Highway 20 extension on the south.
Gary Walker seconded the motion.
There being no further business to come before the
commission, the meeting was adjourned.
