October 4, 1977
The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
called to order by Chairperson Sharp at 7:30 P. M. on October 4, 1977.
Arnell, Drinker, West and Hanson were absent.
Cliff Stephenson moved the minutes of the previous meeting be
approved as written. Gary Walker seconded the motion.
Ordinance No. 35 concerning building in the flood plain was
discussed by the commission. Cliff Stephenson moved to postpone
any recommendation on Ordinance #35 until after the commission has
complete information on the current flood plain area. Sharon Allred
seconded the motion. Cliff Stephenson ammended his motion by addition to
read that the status of the flood plain map be reviewed at the next
regular meeting of November 1, 1977. A unanimous vote was cast on the
ammendment, and then on the main motion.
Andy Pollard moved the commission hold a public hearing on the
comprehensive pla\n on October 25, 1977 at 7:30 P. M. at city hall.
Cliff Stephenson seconded the motion. Chester Brownlee voted no.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to corne before the commission,
the meeting was adjourned.
