September 6, 1977
The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
called to order by Chairman Sharp at 7:30 P. M. on September 6, 1977.
Amell and Pollard had excused absences.
Krasen was excused.
Arnold, Drenker were absent,
Cliff Stephenson moved that the minutes of the previous meeting
be approved as written. Lois Kunkler seconded the motion.
Ken Battaile, Pat McAchren, Art Collins and John Derrek from the
Ada Planning Association presented the commission with the first phase
of work they had completed on the comprehensive plan.
Meetings to complete the plan will be held September 14, 21,
and 28 at 7:30 P. M. at the city hall. Council, planning and zoning,
and ada planning association will attend.
There being no further business to come before the commission,
the meeting was adjourned.
