The regulaT meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
called to order at 7: 30 P. M. on June 7, 1977 by Chairperson Sharp.
MEUBERS PRESENT: Amell, Kunklex, ,Pollard, Sharp, Stephenson, Walker,
Drenker, Krasen, Sorenson and West. . -
The minutes of the previous meeting .were corrected (Drenker - Spelling)
Cliff Stephenson moved the minutes be approved as corrected. Gary
Walker seconded the motion.
The Planning and Zoning Caœmission made a referal to the City Council
that setbacks would apply to a variance application only in the case
of hardship.
Representatives from Eagle Ranch Subdivision 14 were present. Chairperson
Sharp called on Andy Pollard, chairman of the subdivision 2Ommittee for
a report. Mr. Pollard stated he had sent a letter tc( L & 'p Propertiesdj.,¡..-ß
telling them that their application for a Planned Unit'Dev lopment was
incO11.plete. A presentation on . the subdivision was made. Cliff Stephenson
moved that the Planned Unit Developlllent application of( L & P)Propertiee of 4--.6'
be referred back to the subdivision committee. Doctor'gorensou seconded
the motion. A meeting of the subdivi,ion committee will be held when a
complete application is received from\!o & 11 Properties. ~ ~ ß
