The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning & Zoning Co~mission
'{,¡as called to order ivIarch 1, 1977 at '1: 30 P.. He by Chairman
Sharp.
Cole and Sprute were absent..
The minutes of the previous roe~ting were approved as
printed.
A public hearing was held on a rezone application submitted
by ¡:Ie L. and. Bernice Bevington t,o rezone a parcel of
property from Agric~ltüre to R~5. This parcel contains
6.5 acres.. Andy Pollard moved that the rezon~ application
be accepted and that 't.he zone be changed from agriculture
to R-5. Cliff Stephenson .seconded the mot.ion. 'I'he vo';;è,,',:.

Blaine Sorenson moved that -,chis applica'i:io!l be submitted
to a subdivision co~nittee for further study. Lois
Kunkler seconded the motion.. The v..o.te was .three for
and two against. Motion carried..
A special meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission
will be held March. ¡5, 197ï at ,7: 30 P. ~le for the purpose
of a Rezone Application byH. Lo and Bernice Bevington.
A public hearing was held on an annexation request submitted
by Mike Preston representing Eagle Hills West No.3 & 4
Subdivision. .
Cliff Stephenson moved ~hat the Planning and Zoning Commission
recommend R-5 zoning for thisa~~exationo Andy Pollard
seconded the motione Lois Kunkler abstained from voting.
IvIotion carried..
The planning colT'.:mission agreed. to invi"i::e August Hein to
a meeting April 5; 1977 to be held at the multi purpose
room of the Eagle Grade School. Chairman Sharp will take
care of the arrangements.
