The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission
was called to order by Chairperson Sharp on January 3, 1977
at 7:30 P. M.
Pollard and Arnold were absent.
Brownlee was excused.
The minutes of the meeting of December 6, 1977 were corrected.

Cliff Stephenson moved the minutes of the meeting of December
6, 1977 be approved as corrected. Sharon Allred seconded the
motion.
Chairperson Sharp read a letter from the Eagle City Council
to August Hein dated December 15, 1977 concerning a new
school in Eagle.
Chairperson Sharp read the minutes of a special council meeting
held December 30, 1977
EAGLE VILLAGE ADDITION
A letter from Ken Mar~a concerning changing a duplex lot to
a single family lot in his short plat was read to the commission.
It was noted that this property has been sold to another party
and they were advised to submit new drawings of this area and
a letter stating they were the new owners.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Greg Seibert passed out components on housing and amendment
for the commission to review.
Discussion was held on placement of maps in the comprehensive
plan. It was decided to group all maps together at the back
of the plan.
Greg will have a draft of the entire comprehensive plan ready
for final review in two weeks. The commission will establish
a date for public hearing at the regular planning and zoning
meeting the 1st Tuesday in February.
The following names were suggested for new planning and zoning
members:
Floyd Decker, Mr. or Mrs. Bevington, Ed Hanson, Greg Baumgart
(ex-officio), Ron Marshall, (ex-officio), Glida Bothwell,
and Lon Davis.

Cliff Stephenson and Lois Kunkler volunteered to work with
Orval Krasen on by-laws and standing rules for the planning
and zoning commission.
Joe Amell moved to adjourn the meeting.
