JOINT MEETING MINUTES
September 28, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Ridgeway calls the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: KUNZ, BAS1'IAN. ABSENT: PRESTON, SOELBERG. A
quorum is not present.
3. DESIGN REVIEW BOARD ROLL CALL: BRASI IER, SAYER, SCI IAFER,
BAER, GERMANO. ABSENT: GRUBB, KOCI A quorum is present.
4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor leads all in the Pledge of Allegiance.
5. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
A. Modify maximum height of buildings in relation to the comprehensive plan and
best building practices. This item was continued from the June 22, 2017 joint
meeting.
This item was discussed at the previous meeting, nothing further to discuss.
B. Review the Eagle Architecture Site and Design (EASD) book in relation to
architectural styles being proposed. This item was continued from the June 22.
201' joint meeting.
Discussion on possibility of updating the EASD book. New styles that developers are
wanting to bring into Eagle. Discussion with Bernard, member of the Eagle Arts
Commission. Discussion with Mark Butler.
C. Code Enforcement on compliance issues — process and procedure.
Brief discussion on new ordinance that will allow for better enforcement.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
Hearing no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
