A HO .•` RICH TALBERT CHAIRMAN City of Eagle Parks and Pathways Survey November - December 2010 The Eagle Parks and Pathways Development Commission (PPDC) and the Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee asked the Eagle public for input on use, needs , and priorities for Eagle parks and pathways. A survey was conducted online through a link on the City of Eagle website and paper copies were available at Eagle City Hall and local businesses. Area residents were informed of the survey through city e-mail notifications, Eagle Sewer District bills, The Independent News, and word of mouth. The survey was open November 1— December 15, 2010. The nearly 200 respondents overwhelmingly support development of new walking and biking trails. Specifically, residents want Eagle to create pathways that connect our existing trails and parks. They also want existing trails improved so they are more user-friendly for outdoor recreation and commuting. This is consistent with current use — most participants reported trails and access to the greenbelt as their primary use of Eagle parks. Other priorities were completion of the Eagle Sports Complex, and development of a dog park and +rts fields. How often do you or your family visit Eagle parks? Survey Participation 195 citizens participated in our survey ❖ 57% are men and 43% are women ❖ 76% are Eagle residents and 24% are residents of Boise, Emmett, Meridian, Star, and unincorporated Ada County •'• Wide range of ages: 5% 3% ■ <18 yrs old • 18-34 ® 35-49 ❑ 50-64 ❑ 65+ Merrill Community Park and Heritage Park & Gazebo are the most visited Eagle parks with 79-80% of participants reporting some use during the year. Creation of a dog park came in a distant second followed closely by new interpretive trails and wildlife observations areas. Sport fields (soccer, lacrosse, baseball, and football) and courts (tennis, volleyball and basketball) tied as 5th priorities. Most (71%) survey participants want Eagle to develop new pathways, especially ones that would complete the greenbelt and connect existing trails and parks. Currently, Eagle can use impact fees ONLY to develop parks, but most survey participants supported expanding this use to pathways (see chart to right). Most view parks and pathways as equally valuable and worthy of investment. "Pathways are as important as parks and are an integral park of the city. Our hearty thanks to all survey participants! The results will guide our development, on behalf of the citizens of Eagle, of a multi-year plan for Eagle's parks and pathways. The plan will be drafted with input from Eagle City Staff and the City Council. We will present the final plan at a public meeting with the Mayor and City Council for their earnest consideration. Discontinue allowing special groups to use park (i.e. bbq days at Guerber park). Eagle desperately needs an OFF leash dog park. with in the city limits. Fertilize and mow the grass hill in the bike park at the Eagle Sports Complex. It looks very run down after hundreds of hours were put in to create the grass, trees, and sprinklers. Much of the grass looked dead this summer. This is very sad since a huge donation of grass sod was made the year before. For Steven C. Guerber Park (Hill Rd), in the Fall, please mow and cleanup the east and north face of the hill just west of Sunset Shelter. This hill is a favorite sledding spot in Eagle, cleaning it in preparation for sledding would ,010•4\ make a lot of people happy at a very reasonable cost. Fountains at Heritage Park should have longer hours during the summer/they turn off too early Get money to build bike/hike trails at eagle sport complex. have volunteer days for improvements I believe that Heritage Park is only Fair. It is used a lot and is not kept very clean. As much as it is used, it could be better. I wish the water issues (puddling and erosion) near the pump track at the Eagle Sports Complex could be resolved. Also, I'd like to see a public restroom, drinking fountain, landscaping, shade trees and bleachers at the new BMX track.:) And while I'm writing out my 'wish list' I'd like to see 'no motorized vehicles' signs at the new BMX track as soon as possible. We've had too many dirt bike/motocross folks eyeballing us. Eeek! Happy Planning. I would love to see the walking/biking path along the river (east of Merrill Park) paved to complete the commute to Boise. just make sure that they are well light and has a good supplies for the bath rooms . More water features that are safe and work properly for the kids. More weed maintenance at Eagle Bike Park. Not on improving maintenance. BUT, I want to mention that I think Eagle needs a public pool like Meridian has, or the Boise Natatorium off of Warm Springs. Organized citizen clean up days for the fishing areas. Parks are very nicely maintained. My only real gripes are that during the summer the bike paths that run down by Merrill Park along the river are full of puncture weeds along the edges and people track the thorns onto the asphalt which leads to flat tires for those riding bikes. Can these weeds along the paths be sprayed or dug up in the spring? I also find a number of people in the parks don't have their dogs on a leash and they wind up chasing after the ducks in the ponds, etc. Pave the greenbelt Pave the trails Permanent soccer goals, more and larger shade trees Please continue to support the Eagle Cycle Park development. It will be one of only a few comprehensive cycle parks in the Country if the vision continues. It's good for Eagle. pond clean ups no drinking more trash cans Remove graffiti as soon as it occurs. At Heritage Park, have observed children climbing on wet, upright, concrete area even with parents present; design some way to keep children off top before we have a tragedy. Spending to create and maintain Eagle Parks is from a different time ... Now it just proves Eagle planners had Big Hats and No Cattle ,0"%\ Strict rules must be put in effect and enforced about pets running around off their leashes and owners not cleaning up after their pets. My husband and I do not pay taxes so that our children must be on guard every time we go to the parks because of loose dogs nor should they be on constant poop patrol when they should be concentrating on just playing. Pets are getting to be a real nuisance when families are trying to enjoy themselves at the parks. Pets should be left at home where they can be played with there and kept out of other peoples 'hair'. The city needs to invest more into the maintenance and development of trails at the bike park. Our community relies too heavily on volunteers to keep the park in good shape. A financial investment into the trails in that area could make a big difference and show that the city values the park. The Eagle Bike Park is an excellent venue for family bike riding, birthday parties, group rides, hikes, races and other events. We've put in some volunteer hours over the past few years and LOVE it!!! Thank you! The Eagle sports park, in regards to the Mountain bike gravity areas could use help with weed prevention. After the fire 2 years ago weeds became rampant this year and made trails harder to maintain. trim the trees and bushes that hang over onto the pathways Turn on all water features when over 90 degrees.. We have been there a few times when it was really hot and there were only a couple water sprinklers running. Use an Eagle Company ONLY Use organic/safe lawn products for the health of children, pets and all visitors!! Currently you use far too many chemicals, there have been times I've visited Guerber Park and smelled them they were so strong. With local stores (like Zamzows and others) carrying far safer products at reasonable costs your choices are unlimited. The welfare of all users should be your #1 concern in my opinion. I use these products in our yard and we have a beautiful lawn that is safe for everyone, why can't you do the same? Page 2 of 19 maintenance suggestions ,mi•, we need paid maintenance workers at the cycle park. just one would be good but they need to be dedicated and experienced. Who is in charge of the Greenbelt? I would like to see an "adopt a trail" system set up to help with trail maintenance - also we need garbage cans and mutt mitt dispensers in more areas. Would love to see someone upkeep the bike/hike trails at the Eagle Sports Complex. What a great opportunity we have here in Eagle to enjoy these trails. Thanks! You seem to do a great job. I am more often on the greenbelt trail. The dirt path is much easier/cheaper to maintain, it seems. Thank you! Page 3 of 19 new park location /111%., Is there a,specific location you'd like to.see. Investment into new trail systems need to be progressive and fun - not an extension of the Ridge to Rivers model. Someone needs to investigate the types of new trails being built around the country and start modeling our trail building after more progressive models - such as the new "Funner" trail in bend or the trail system in Oakridge Oregon. Eagle Bike Park eagle foothills Eagle has always welcomed and encouraged equestrians (by its land use policies). Take advantage of that by providing equestrian paths through the City/A01 that stretch into the foothills (BLM) and possibly to an equestrian "park" with shelters for picnics. Eagle has a great opportunity to plug into the equestrian community and benefit by drawing businesses that cater to this community. Cut down the dangerous tree right at the base of the sledding hill at Hill Rd. Park. Most parents are really annoyed by this lack of thinking. developing that park: no grass, to reduce maintenance and dog poop; use pavers and cement on the ground; have raised wood planters with wraparound benches, for growing evergreen shrubs and annuals for color; a garden club could maintain the annuals and water the planters; no drinking fountain, to prevent vandalism; maybe some deciduous trees, for shade in summer Discourage skateboarding in areas not intended for this activity. Skateboarders move furniture and damage the edges of installed fixtures. Eagle Bike Park should be better defined as a free ride bike specific area. Trying to combine all user groups inside a park like this difficult. Attempt to model the park after Highland Bike Park or the public bike park in Kamloops, BC. Eagle has made huge mistake by allowing the modifications to the freestyle biking trails originally constructed by Judd DeVail and Randy Spangler. They understood how to make a jump trail safe for all levels of users from beginner to expert. By allowing the gaps to be cut into the jumps you have created a dangerous situation whereby the user may not be able to make the full distance of the jump and serious injure themselves on the vertical face of the jump landing. You will be sued by an injured user if you do not fill the gaps completely and create flat "table tops between the takeoff and landing. The city and county have a responsibility to eliminate all unreasonable hazards in the design and construction of a manmade feature. The court system has established this responsibility of the government overseeing the facility. If these features are not modified to be considered safe based on previously establish norms, the governing agencies will be held liable for damages. Expand biking trails, pave greenbelt. Connect to paved portion of garden city/Boise greenbelt. Page 6 of 19 improvements for existing parks ,0011'•., finish developing the velodrome Finish the velodrome sports complex fix the water features at Guerber and check them all season. Give the volunteers of the eagle sport complex the "ok" to build things a little more freely! GREEN BELT ACCESS BOISE TO STAR Heritage Park could sure use some help. I have many ideas as to how to improve the cycle park and would be a great candidate for the park maintenance tech. I think the current parks are quite nice! I think you maintain the current parks ok but you need to recognize the green belt as one of the most used parks in the Boise Valley and work to improve it through Eagle. Boise City has done a great job of this. I would like to see the green belt paved from Eagle to Boise and open to bikes. I would like to see the greenbelt connected so we can get all the way to Boise I'd always thought Eagle had a plan for an interconnected bike / walking / horse path all through the city - paths that avoided automobile traffic. We live so close to downtown Eagle yet have to walk so far just to get out of our subdivision. There should be a walking paths that by-pass all the roads and take us right there. Improve connectivity....pedestrian crossing to Greenbelt path on 44. Cross at Ballantyne or near Arts West. the greenbelt ends at Ballantyne, and there is no way for those neighborhoods to get on the sidewalk in Eagle or Greenbelt without serious peril. interconnect and have more activities interconnect and have more activities (sports, tennis courts, soccer etc) ,001%, Leave the fountains on at Heritage Park until 9 or 10 pm in the summer. Link parks and downtown with bike paths. Pave the canal access roads. Connect the ridge to rivers to Boise system Longer hours for the fountains at Heritage Park Make sure the Eagle Bike Park areas are getting the grooming required. Some of the grass areas had some irrigation issues but I believe some of the problems have been remedied. Merrill Park needs more trees for shade. more access, more enticement to see the "real Eagle" More and larger shade trees More fishing and unmotorized boating more shade at Merrill Park More signage that explains Dog Owners responsibilities in a park. The Eagle sports park/bike park area is constantly dealing with off leash dogs, dog waste and dog owners whom are repeat offenders! Some enforcement by authorities would be helpful or establish a park enforcement crew, comprised of volunteers that already spend the bulk of their free time at the park( Dirt Board Members ) that could issue citations after training. This in my opinion would help alleviate user conflicts between bike riders, walkers and dog owners. More trails/features at the Eagle Bike Park More trees at Gerber no dogs No. I have two toddlers and Merrill park is wonderful for them. `011%,ti open a walk/bike trail from Mace to Eagle Island State Park Pave the Eagle section of the Greenbelt. Page 7 of 19 improvements for existing parks ,011%,, Pave the velodrome Place more capital towards trail maintenance at the Velodrome. Plant larger trees in Guerber Park and Merrill Park to provide more shade. This would reduce your water usage as well as lower the temperature of the parks for the enjoyment of users. Put in better sand and higher quality nets on sand vball courts. -remove bark in playground and replace with rubber (like at Hill Rd park) -pave the trails along Boise River Also, I'm very excited about the new 'Central -like Park' going in at Eagle and Fairview. I think there might be room for an archery range at the Guerber Park or perhaps at the Merrill Park. Since most of the Homeowners groups have parks built into their neighborhoods, I would like to see some assistance on the maintenance or upgrading of those parks. If you factor these private parks in, they supply plenty of space, but homeowner dues must take care of them. My Association maintains over 10 acres of common area and believe me, our residents are not the only users of our space. I am wondering what happens to our paths when Ballantyne/State St is realigned and we connect with Pine Ranch and on into town. I believe this to be true if there is not a gated community. If the park is on a public street and needs assistance, the City should consider replacing or adding to the amenities rather than buying new land and starting from scratch. mss, Skate Park should be SMOKE FREE. We wouldn't have to wonder if a teen was underage or not if there was NO SMOKING permitted at ALL in the whole park. Parks are enjoyed by people in close proximity - (and exercising and trying to enjoy fresh air) - there should be no smoking allowed. Soccer or Football Fields at the Velodrome Park Surface and complete Greenbelt connection from Eagle Island to Garden City. The bike park is a world class facility and needs further investment to create a finished product. Trails lack signs and kiosks still do not have maps and descriptive information regarding the trails. Rules for the trails are also not clearly communicated to the public. Investments also need to be made to finish up landscaping and to provide maintenance on the trail system. The pool should be outside, much like the Nat. The West YMCA is nearby but inside and stuffy. Not the place you want to go in the summer. Survey people about this! Please add it to the list. Thanks! To develop a park with more than one field. To accommodate the growing number of teams and leagues/tournaments. volunteer days more parking at Merrill We live off Hwy 44 in the Colony Neighborhood. Not sure if there is a map now, but that would be very helpful. 2) The path along the river from Merrill park east gets flooded in the spring and it would be nice to have some wooden planks or something in those places. Nothing fancy! A map that outlines where they are? Access to River Pathway from the north side of Hwy 44 west of Eagle Rd. This should happen with the Ballantyne/St Street realignment. Currently kids are dodging cars to cross Hwy 44. Along the south channel of the Boise River Better signage to direct folks where they are. Better the thinking so the pathways don't erode out. Certain areas of the bike path are full of puncture weeds during the warmer months, which is bad for bike tires and can be hard on dogs feet as well. The path that runs west to the end of the bypass can get covered with dirt near the car bridge + the weeds along the edges can get pretty overgrown. Look at the city of Portland as a great example. raise fees, especially to special interest groups (i.e. soccer teams, baseball teams, concerts, child care and schools). To finish the greenbelt. well marked path t green belt, parking , bathroom Would be nice to have the many existing pathway segments connected to form a true pathway system instead of stand-alone paths of varying lengths. Page 13 of 19 impact fees for pathways Why or why not expand development lm act fees to include pathways? A good pathway system increases the vibe of the city. Think Boulder, Colorado. Adds value to our community again, don't raise fees and don't spend more money today and those impact fees need to develop a public park west of Ballantyne Lane and north of State St. Any new development should include Impact Fees. The current residents should not have to pay for parks and pathways for new areas of development. Impact fees should be used for other negative impact items associated with new developments such as schools, police facilities, fire stations, roads and other infrastructure. Any new development/growth should pay impact fees for all the services the city provides. Anything that would help alleviate the need to drive by providing direct, safe, and accessible pathways for biking or walking would be a benefit to everyone. because I like pathways Because I like the green belt because it serves the people of Eagle because we don't want to HAVE to use cars Benefits for all - present and future. Both are "recreation" and public enjoyment - pathways are just linear parks Community Pool Don't raise the fees in a down economy! I ! I Eagle has enough parks and does a good job of maintaining them. Paths need work. ,011%., Eagle has great opportunities for pathways development because of its proximity to rivers and foothills. It would be nice to have funding opportunities other than private contributions or city general funds. Eagle touts that it is a bike friendly community but it is not I would like to see some solution to making it easier to connect downtown to the Merrill Park and Guerber Park areas Everything worth having costs money. I'd gladly pay for sound improvements and development. Fees should be last resort good for the community good use of the funds for all gotta pay to play I expect to pay for amenities that I use. 1 feel that Eagle has not used money wisely in he past and would be afraid to let them have more liberties with money, especially if we don't have it and it is borrowed or something else is cut. If funding is not available to improve some of our existing parks then we should use these fees to accomplish these goals before creating new parks. Having the flexibility would be helpful. I love to see money used on projects that inspire activity and promote a healthy city. I prefer using bonds to generate the money I think parks and pathways are similar and used by folks for similar reasons. I think the parks need to be maintained and improved with those monies. It would be better to maintain what is already established than build and have to maintain more of the same. I believe that grants are more the route for pathways monies not taxes or fees. 1 think we have enough parks for now. We need the pathways to catch up. I totally support this Page 14 of 19 impact fees for pathways If you bother to obtain funds for parks and pathways, then you should probably use them on parks and pathways. In these economic times, we're trying to stay in our homes...If there is NO INCREASE in our taxes, it would depend on what money is shuffled from where to do it. Seems like providing pathways is better than expanding roads, to give us the option, at least, of safely walking/biking around Eagle, for work, pleasure, or to get to schools, shopping, even as far as Boise if the Greenbelt pathway connections were completed. In this economy, the money has to come from somewhere. I wouldn't mind paying extra. It depends. It seems to be difficult enough to raise funds for park development and improvements. It's all for recreation. Might as well spread it around. Just because long pathways (see above) can be a park -like experience Maintain the investments we have already made MAKE CURRENT PARKS MORE ACCESSIBLE AND ALLOW PARK DEVELOPMENT FURTHER WEST. makes sense to use impact fees for trails/pathways Not exactly sure what you are referring to as pathways. The path along Floating Feather and in subdivisions? I am in support of using the fees for parks and if that includes the pathways, then yes. Our family uses City of Eagle pathways more than the parks Parks and greenbelt are extremely important Parks are essential, especially when new developments crowd out the open space. Part of the rationale for having parks is exercise which the paths would provide and would not require large blocks of acreage. Having a developed pathway system would also allow for the movement of people between parks without the need to drive and park vehicles. Pathway improvements may be more necessary at times than park improvements. Pathway improvements greatly enhance quality of life and attractiveness of the City. pathways allow people to get to parks and serve as recreation opportunities themselves. Pathways allow people to get to the parks walking or on bikes reducing auto traffic. Pathways also important recreation outlet. Pathways are an important means of alternative transportation and encourage pleasant exercise Pathways are as important as parks and are an integral part of the city. I'm confused about the impact the developments in Garden City have on Greenbelt access from Eagle....The developers in those areas should have had to allow for full access to those pathways, including for biking. Pathways are just as important as parks. Funding should be similar. Pathways I think are more critical as an alternative form of transportation Pathways provide enjoyment and exercise, which are both needed to be healthy Pathways serve a similar purpose for recreation in Eagle as parks. Pathways serve same general purposes as parks (recreation, enjoying outdoors) and should be maintained in the same way. Pave more pathways along the river Recreational value Removes vehicle traffic same people tend to utilize The city is broke and should not spend a penny more, in fact they should be working on cost cutting measures. Page 15 of 19 impact fees for pathways The paths down by the river that connect to Merrill park are just as important as the park. the two seem tied together...or they should be! to help with costs We already pay taxes for this. We need to continue to improve out interconnectivity for families to walk and bike for exercise and bike commuting purposes. we use them more than the parks what good are the parks if people (kids) can't safely get there? If Eagle wants to promote live/work/play, they need to provide ways for their citizens to get to local places on bike/foot/(horse?!). Pathways are an extension of the park system and should be funded as such. Would have to know more about how much the fees would be and how they would be charged and to whom. yes because the pathways are how our young people get the parks and the parks are for our young people! Yes, because then that way things will be maintained and new things can be built. Page 16 of 19 other comments Do you have any other comments about: the City ,of:Eagle ;parks or. pathways? All in all, a very nice system. 1 have no complaints about it. BIKE PARK rules!!! Community Pool Continue to have opportunities for public input and accept suggestions and advice from our citizen commissions. Did I mention a community pool? Don't over extend the projects as the taxation is enough as it is now. Eagle has done an incredibly great job with pathways! Would love to see more natural areas conserved. Perhaps partnering with BLM and other entities to get something going in the Eagle Foothills? Eagle may not need to own this property in order to get a trail system going. Embrace the bike park. You have one of the finest bike parks in the country and its built and maintained by volunteers. I have met people from all over the western US that come to Eagle just to ride at the bike park. Everything looks great. I am so proud to live in Eagle. Excellent job on the survey. For the most part they are maintained very well and I have only called in a couple of times to report equipment breakage and the problem was taken care of immediately with a very prompt phone call to discuss the problem and another phone call to inform me that the situation was fixed. Generally speaking, the city of Eagle is doing a nice job of providing parks and pathways for the community. We do need running spaces for dogs though. Thank you. Good parks and pathways are some of the greatest enhancements to quality of life in a town. This should be a priority for the City. Have always thought it would be great for Eagle to have a municipal pool in the heart of downtown. I realize it would be expensive but just something to think about ... I am of the opinion the City is doing a fine job developing and taking care of parks. Eagle parks are wonderful and a joy to use. Thank you. I love our parks and think this is such an asset to Eagle. I commend the City for making this a top priority and for making Eagle a healthy, invigorating place to live. Thanks. I love the idea that you all are actively looking to make the parks better and I would love to help. I wish we could have direct access to the Boise Greenbelt from our community I would like to see some bike lanes on Floating Feather, Eagle Road, Beacon Light and Linder. Keep them diverse - dogs, adults, toddlers, bikers, hikers, horses Keep up the good work Keep up the good work! Keep up the good work. keep up the good work. Keep up the great work. Communication is key.:) Lacrosse is a growing sport in need of areas for games, practice, and play. Need to be more open and willing to let the volunteers of the eagle sports complex build trails more freely under the city supervision. No more golf courses. open the hwy 44 access to eagle island state park. make sure there is good walk/bike paths from downtown eagle to the new park entrance Parking is sometimes a challenge. Page 17 of 19 other comments pave and gain access for bicycle traffic from garden city - a BIG plus. In fact, I am a homeowner in Eagle and have the feeling that lack of access prevents the greenbelt from unifying and accessing areas beyond eagle. If the managing city of eagle would help gain access from Boise to say star, we would be the benefit as hosting a new era of access! pave the greenbelt and provide access. I bike from Eagle to Boise about two times a week. The 2.5 miles of dirt road required my purchasing a bike that could handled the unpaved section. My husband also takes the greenbelt to work from Eagle to Boise (10 miles). Please, do not raise your fees in this down economy. Fees should be lowered to stimulate the economy. stop spending, balance the budget without borrowing. Support the Eagle Bike Park! Thank you Thank you for all the hard work establishing and maintaining our current parks and pathways! Thank you for asking! thanks for all the city is doing to provide open spaces for the residents Thanks for doing the survey. The Eagle Sports Complex, in regards to the "Gravity" Mountain biking trails and now a National caliber BMX track, is a one of a kind type facility in Idaho! Mountain bikers travel from all over the country to ride these types of trails during the summer. Though it is not the destination in itself most times, it is a stopping point for many riders that travel across Idaho towards Colorado, Canada, California, Bend OR, Hood River OR, Utah, Washington State, Arizona. The Park is a valuable asset to the local economy. Bringing in monies that would be spent elsewhere if the travelers had never gotten off the 84 highway. Mountain bikers travel and spend money! And as this type of "gravity" park is so often scarce, then those that enjoy this type of riding are needing/willing to travel in order they may enjoy it! The City would do itself a great justice by investigating and trying to understand what they do not currently about the park in order to make the most of the cities assets. Most riders would be in favor of having a yearly usage permit issued for a fee that would go to the further development of the parks biking area or at least go towards the dog/dog owner conflict that needs to be addressed! The city really needs to understand the parks value! That it is in the same realm as a kayak park or the like and with some funding and regular maintenance would most certainly put Eagle City parks on a National and International light! I have met people from Australia, Argentina, Germany, Canada and the UK since the park has opened. And all of them made a specific stop to the bike park during their respective travels. Boise is perfectly situated between Southern Utah and Western Oregon best gravity trails and is the natural stop over for most travelers! Now they all come to Eagle to get in a little bit more fun and stay the night in local hotels and restaurants. The parks & pathway add to the beauty of Eagle. They are well maintained and I have access to all of them living in downtown Eagle. This convenience is one of the reasons we bought a house in Eagle. It is a very charming town with wonderful people and low crime. The Parks are well maintained there are several areas that need to be connected together....to maximize safe pedestrian travel from high density areas. We enjoy the parks! We have a lot of money invested in these parks/pathways. Please keep them maintained enough to be useable. This is not an budget line to cut back any more. The trees along State Street are already starting to miss Trautman's. Somebody needs to be paying attention to the size of the trees and the grates that are surrounding them.. Page 18 of 19 n other comments While we enjoy the parks and use them ourselves, we are especially interested in their use with our grandchildren. Page 19 of 19
