DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE COMMITTEE
MINUTES — SEPTEMBER 21, 2000 MEETING
1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Georgia Mackley at 4:00 p.m.
Committee members present were Georgia Mackley, Diane Anderson, John
Hendricks and Ed Salvi. NOTE: A QUORUM OF COMMITTEE WAS
ESTABLISHED
2. DESIGNATION OF COMMITTEE MEMBER'S TERMS per Eagle City Code 2-
5-2. The Committee confirmed the following terms:
a. Georgia Mackley - 4 years, Ed Salvi - 4 years, Ted Martinez - 2 years, Diane
Anderson - 2 years, John Hendricks - 2 years
3. REVIEW CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT It was determined that the attachments to
the Capital Improvement Plan were missing from Committee member's copy. Tracy
with City of Eagle provided a copy of the attachments for each member.
4. REVIEW FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTING INFORMATION: Upon reviewing the
attached financial information provided by City of Eagle, the Committee had the
following questions:
a.
Please see Note #1 on attachment "A" with reference to "System
Improvements - Temporary Skateboard Park". What was the $4,636.10
used for? Was it used to purchase equipment, rent equipment, rent
ground, etc? Also, if equipment was purchased where is it located and
where will it be located in the future?
b. Please see Note #1 on attachment "B" with reference to "Carry Over
from FY99/00". Where did this money come from? Is it all from park
