1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Ridgeway calls the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, GOLD, PITTMAN, MITCHELL. Bastian is absent.
A quorum is present.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. FY 18/19 BUDGET— EXECUTIVE BUDGET SUMMARY. (SR)
Mayor introduces the issue.
Mayor and Council discussion on the following FY 18/19 Department Budgets:
Library
Capital Projects
Building Department
Planning & Zoning Department
IT Department
Economic Development Department
Water Department
Public Works Department
Mayor calls a recess at 7:30 p.m.
Mayor reconvenes at 7:35 p.m.
Further Mayor and Council discussion on the following Departments:
Revenue
Property Taxes
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Mitchell moves to adjourn. Seconded by Gold. Mayor: Seeing no opposition, we
are adjourned.
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
