RESOLUTION NO. 18-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, DESIGNATING RECORDS
CUSTODIANS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Senate Bill #1274 requires state and local governments to:
"Designate a records custodian for each city department and an alternate that will
respond to public records requests, which should be done by council resolution."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows:

Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby designates the following Records Custodian for
City Department and an Alternate who will respond to Public Records Requests:
Records Custodians:
Mayor's Office: Administration Clerk I/Communication
City Clerks Department: City Clerk/Treasurer and/or Sr. Deputy City Clerk/Treasurer
Planning and Zoning Department: Administrative Clerk I or II
Building Department: Permit Technician
Public Works Department: Administrative Clerk
IT Department: Systems Administrator
Library: Library Director
Alternate Records Custodian: Records Management -Information Specialist
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
