All prices are subject to change. 9 Deposit & Payment Policies The customer agrees to prepayment or deposit if required and accepts financial responsibility for payment within 45 days of date on bill. The customer agrees to pay additional and reasonable attorneys fees if it becomes necessary to place this account for collection. 10 Binding Effect This agreement is a legally binding contrail on the part of the contractor and the customer and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns in accordance with terms and conditions set out herein.
