On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, the Ada County Clerk's office will be holding a special bond
election for a City of Eagle General Obligation Bond issue in an amount not to exceed
$1,200,000.
City of Eagle: Special Revenue Bond Election: The purpose for which the proceeds of the
bonds will be used is purchase the Eagle City Hall. The anticipated interest rate on the
proposed bonds is 2.0% per annum. The range of anticipated rates is from 1.0% to 4.0% per
annum. The total proposed principal amount to be repaid over the 15 -year life of the bonds is
$1,200,000; the total interest anticipated to be paid over the life of the bonds, based on the
anticipated interest rate, is $194,932; the total amount to be repaid over the life of the bonds is
$1,394,932. The City has existing indebtedness, payable from a bond levy, of approximately
$1,124,875, including interest accrued to the date of election.

The Polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. of said day at the polling places
designated. All polling places are accessible to the disabled, with curbside voting available if
requested. Absentee voting is currently available at the Courthouse through Friday, May 17,
2012, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
