RESOUTION ACCEPTING LEXINGTON HILLS WELL LOT DEED,
WHEREAS, The City of Eagle ("The City") may accept deeds or grants of interest in real
property offered to the City; and
WHEREAS, For consideration paid by the City, the real property described in the
attached warranty deed will be conveyed to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, Ada County, Idaho, as follows:
Section 1: The Mayor of the City of Eagle is hereby authorized to accept the attached
warranty deed and consent to the recording of such deed as provided in Section 50-301
Idaho Code.
Section 2: The City Clerk of the City is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy
of this resolution and record it with the county recorder of Ada County.
APPROVED and adopted this/ 9 day of December, 2000.

WARRANTY DEED
FOR VALUE RECEIVED OF ONE DOLLAR,
Lexington Hills, Inc., a development corporation with offices at 340 W. State St., Eagle, Idaho, 83616,
does hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and CONVEY unto
the City of Eagle, whose office is at 310 E. State St., Eagle, Idaho 83616, the following described real
property, to -wit:
Lot 2 in block 15 of Lexington Hills Subdivision No. 4, according to the official plat thereof,
filed in Book 62 of Plats at pages 6269-6270, Records of Ada County.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said real property, with its appurtenances, unto the said City of
Eagle, and the City of Eagle's citizens in perpetuity. And the said Lexington Hills, Inc. does hereby
covenant to and with the said City of Eagle, that Lexington Hills, Inc. is the owner in fee simple of said
property; that said property is free from all encumbrances, EXCEPT those to which this conveyance is
expressly made subject and those made, suffered or done by the City of Eagle; and subject to
reservations, restrictions, dedications, easements, rights of way and agreements, (if any) of record, and
general taxes and assessments, (including irrigation and utility assessments, if any) for the current year,
which are not yet due and payable, and that Lexington Hills, Inc. will warrant and defend the same from
all lawful claims whatsoever.
