A. Distribution of Free Materials Policy. Annual policy review of Distribution of Free
Materials Policy. This policy was adopted on February 8, 2016 and last reviewed on
February 15, 2017. There are no proposed changes.
B. Donations Policy. Annual policy review of Donations Policy. This policy was adopted on
July 8, 2013 and last reviewed on February 15, 2017. There are no proposed changes.
C. Library Use Policy. Proposed change to Library Use Policy to allow guests under the age
of eighteen to be issued an account without picture ID and without a parent or
guardian present. Such accounts will have a two -item checkout limit until parent or
guardian contact the library within a specified time. Notification of issuance of
card will be sent to parent or guardian who has the option to cancel the account if so
desired.
