WHEREAS, Josiah Billings volunteers for the City of Eagle, Idaho and is an
outstanding community member; and
WHEREAS, he serves his community with honor and distinction by example;
and
WHEREAS, he is friendly and reliable to all;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Stan Ridgeway, Mayor of the City of Eagle, do hereby
proclaim January 10, 2018 as
JOSIAH BILLINGS DAY
in the City of Eagle.
FURTHER, I urge all citizens to follow this young man's example and to
thank the volunteers in our community.
