NOTICE OF CANDIDATE FILING

City of Eagle, Idaho
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That
the General Election to be held in
and for the City of Eagle, Idaho,
will be held on Tuesday, Novem-
ber 3, 2015. The election will be
held for the purpose of electing a
Mayor for a term of four years and
two Council Members for a term
of four years.
Candidates for City elected office
are required to file a Declaration
of Candidacy specifying the office
sought and affirming that the indi-
vidual is a qualified city elector,
meaning: at least 18 years of age,
a U.S. citizen, the candidate'spri-
mary residence must be within the
City of Eagle, the address of the
candidate's voter registration must
match the residence address pro-
vided on the canddate's declara-
tion, and the candidate must have
resided in the City of Eagle for at
least 30 days pnor to submitting
their declaration.
The Declaration of Candidacy'
must be filled with the Eagle Cny
Clerk and accompanied by:
(1) a nonrefundable filing fee of
$40.00 or
(2) a Petition of Candidacy signed
by at least five qualified city elec-
tors with the signatures verified by
the Ada County Clerk's Office.
The deadline for filing Declara-
tions of Candidacy is Friday, Sep-
tember 4, 2015 at 5:00y p.m.
Declarations of Candidacy are
available at Eagle City Hall in the
office of the City Clerk at 660 E.
Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho from the
hours of 81:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday and availa-
ble to download at www.cityofea-
gle.org.
