1.) This Schedule covers switches operational on the start date of the agreement.
2.) Manufacture support for systems that are End of Life (EOL) is based on best effort. Parts for EOL systems will
be provided if available from Black Box depot or vendor.
3.) Black Box's obligations to perform under the Maintenance Services Agreement is subject to Black Box's ability
to obtain Level 3/4 support, spare parts, upgrades, software and/or replacements from the vendor or alternative
source. As a result, Black Box shall not be liable to customer, nor any third party, for its inability to obtain
parts or materials necessary to repair the product.
4.) Any on-site labor required to replace parts and/or resolve service issues will be billable to the customer at
contract labor rates.

5.) Labor to troubleshoot and Repair Server Operating System, Server hardware, or to troubleshoot and repair Network
LAN/WAN Related issues are not covered. On-site Labor for Moves, Adds & Changes is not included.
