Ordinance - 2017 - 787 - Amend Fy 17-18 Budget - 12/12/2017ORDINANCE NO. 787 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 782 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2017 TO REFLECT THE RECEIPT OF UNSCHEDULDED REVENUES, INCREASING AND ESTABLISHING THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENDITURES IN THE GENERAL FUND, LIBRARY FUND, RECREATION, CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND, EAGLE FUN DAYS AND MUSEUM AND PROVIDING THAT THE TAX LEVY UPON TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF EAGLE IS NOT AFFECTED HEREBY PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH ARE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PUBLICATION DATE Section 1: That the sum of $779,036.00 be, and the same is appropriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of the General Fund, Library Fund, Recreation, Capital Projects, Eagle Fun Days and Museum of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2017, thereby amending Ordinance N. 782. Section 2: Purposes and Amounts of Appropriation. Section 5: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in the Idaho Statesman, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Eagle, and the official newspaper of said City.
