Historic Preservation Commission Opening:
The City of Eagle is seeking an individual to fill an opening on the Historic Preservation
Commission. Priority will be given to Eagle Residents; however all interested parties are welcome
to apply. Interested parties must demonstrate interest, competence, or knowledge in history or
historic preservation and have experience in the disciplines of architecture, history, urban planning,
archaeology, engineering, law, or other historic preservation related disciplines.
Individuals will serve the remainder of a vacated term that will end in February of 2020. The
Commission regularly meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. This is a
volunteer position which is filled via the recommendation of the Mayor and subsequent approval
of the City Council.
Those who wish to serve on the Historic Preservation Commission are required to submit a letter
of interest and Request for Consideration Form (available at www.cityofeagle.org and Eagle City
Hall). A resume or curriculum vitae are encouraged. Open until filled.
