1. ROLL CALL: DECKERS, FERGUSON, MARKS, SCHWERS, TALBERT.
2. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Appointment of Chairman and Vice -Chairman.
B. Selection of terms. Per Eagle City Code, the committee members shall draw
lots for the terms of office which shall be for an equal number of two year and
four years.
C. Presentation from Holladay Engineering Company regarding park
impact fees.
D. Establish date and time for next meeting.
