RE: Lexington Hills Easement
Dear Mr. Gourley:
The purpose of this letter is to respond to your letter regarding the Lexington Hills well
easement. The City of Eagle has no objection to the Homeowner's Association request to
remove and reinstall the basketball court as requested. Further, I have requested that a resolution
to move the easement be included on the July 10 City Council agenda.
I apologize for the delay in processing this request from the Lexington Hills Homeowners
Association. The issue will be resolved on July 10.
