AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-3,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL, AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1:

That Section 1-5-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
SALARIES: Commencing January 1, 20-16 2018, the annual salaries of the Mayor and
of the President of the City Council and of the City Council shall be as follows:
A. Mayor: The Mayor shall receive an annual salary in the sum of fifty three -seventy -
t. thousand and no/100 dollars ($53,000.00 $72,000.00).
B. Council President: The Council President shall receive an annual salary in the sum of
nine w i xFd tkrrtiy cep twelve thousand and no/00 dollars ($9,937.00
$12,000.00).
C. Council Members: Each member of the Council, othix than the Pmcidant, shall
receive an annual salary in the sum of nine thoua: the -hundred two -twelve
thousand and no/00 (W),302.00 $12,000.00).
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1,
2-414-2018.
