AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-3,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL, AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1:

That Section 1-5-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
SALARIES: Commencing January 1, 2000 2002, the annual salaries of the Mayor and
of the President of the City Council and of the City Council shall be as follows:
A. Mayor: The Mayor shall receive an annual salary in the sum of nineteen ti:musand
twenty one thousand dollars ($21,000).
B. Council President: The Council President shall receive an annual salary in the sum of
ten-tlw 'sxir twelve thousand dollars ($12,000).
C. Council Members: Each member of the Council, other than the President, shall
receive an annual salary in the sum of m hundr-ed-dellefs-(48,4004
nine thousand six hundred dollars ($9,600).
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1,
2002.
