AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-3,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL, AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1:

That Section 1-5-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
1 SALARIES: Commencing January 1, 2002-200•', the annual salaries of the Mayor and
of the President of the City Council and of the City Council shall be as follows:
A. Mayor: The Mayor shall receive an annual salary in the sum of
