NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDMENT TO FISCAL YEAR 13/14 BUDGET
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, will
hold a public hearing for consideration of an amendment to the 2013/2014 fiscal year
budget by appropriating additional monies received by the City of Eagle, said hearing to
be held at City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho on the 10th day of December 2013
at 6:30 p.m. .
General Fund:
Proposed Revenue from Increase in Carry Forward Funds - $162,024.00
City Hall Front Door Locking System $20,000
Full time employee for Building Department $44,000
Project Employee (street tree, light, and pathway mapping) $10,000
Library sidewalk joint filling $4,500
Downtown Tree replacement & Irrigation repair $30,000
Library interior painting $5,000
Awnings for Library $2,000
City Hall work space improvements $40,000
Arts Commission Projects $6,524
Total Proposed Expenditures $162,024.00
At said hearing any interested person may appear and show cause, if any, he has, why
such proposed appropriation ordinance amendment should or should not be adopted.
If the proposed amendment is not adopted, or is further amended, all or a portion of
the funds may be placed in a reserve fund.
